We’re sorry if our product did not meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ve made the returns and exchange process simple and customer-friendly. Please read our guidelines carefully.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns of non-damaged, unused, and not significantly consumed perfume bottles with their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Products must have at least 90% of the fragrance remaining.
All items must be returned in their original condition, including boxes, pouches, and any packaging materials.
Individual bottles from gift sets/packs cannot be returned. The complete set must be returned.
Tester Packs and Bundle Offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Return & Exchange Process
Inform us of your intent to return or exchange via WhatsApp at +92 326 6978787 before sending your product.
Customers must return the product using a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post) at their own expense, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method (where possible).
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.
Exchanges
Eligible items can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value (any difference in price to be paid by the customer).
Customers cover the delivery cost for exchange orders (unless the order was damaged or incorrect).
Exchanges are initiated once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Important Notes
Wrong or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover all shipping charges.
Original Packaging: If packaging is missing or damaged, extra charges may apply.
Unboxing Video: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to ensure smooth processing in case of any return or exchange.
