3. Use of Service

• You agree to use soulful.pk only for lawful purposes.
• You shall not misuse the Service, interfere with security features, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Soulful ™ reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders if suspicious or harmful activity is detected.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on soulful.pk including logos, designs, images, product names, descriptions, and branding is the intellectual property of Soulful™ and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without prior written consent.

5. Purchases and Payments

• All purchases made via soulful.pk are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
• Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online transfers.
• By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed within [3 working days]. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
• Soulful™ is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the product has been dispatched.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Products may only be returned if they are unused, sealed and in original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via the original payment method. COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer.
