Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to all orders placed with us.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

Self-Pickup

  • Self-pickup is available for all purchases.
  • Pickups can be made Monday-Friday, 11 AM – 7 PM.
  • Please inform us in advance via WhatsApp at +92 326 6978787 before visiting to collect your order.

Standard Shipping (Pakistan Only)

We currently ship only within Pakistan.

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 4,000 (delivery time: 4–6 working days after dispatch).
  • Orders below Rs. 4,000: Flat rate of Rs. 250.

All times and dates given for delivery are estimates only and provided in good faith.

Do you deliver internationally?

No. SOULFUL.PK does not offer international shipping currently.

Other Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped only within Pakistan.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, courier service and location.
